Guest House Ronda Nueva is a boutique, family run guest house located in the heart of Quito's new town residential district. The Guest House has three unique rooms, each with its own decor and features, and beautiful communal areas that include lounge with working fireplace, kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, sun terrace and patio garden.
Our rooms have either private or shared bathroom facilities, with free wifi access for all guests.
Ronda Nueva guesthouse is located in a safe, gated, colonial style condo, providing quietness and seclusion in one of Quito’s best residential districts. Conveniently located only walking distance from the bars and restaurants of La Mariscal tourist district, the Parque La Carolina, the restaurants and cafes of Gonzalez Suarez and Guapulo and El Jardin and Multicentro shopping malls.
There are excellent transport links along the nearby Av.6 de Diciembre and local taxis are abundant and cheap.
Most of our visitors come for long-term stays as we offer a home away from home and an escape from the hotel and backpacker masses.
