Rates

Most of our visitors come for long-term stays (one month or more) and to escape the hotel and backpacker masses. Our rooms are priced per month per room, based on single occupancy.  Each room can accommodate a maximum of two people travelling together, and the rates below are subject to a USD90 surcharge for a second person.  Different rates are available for shorter stays upon request and subject to availability.  Rates include standard utilities, including free wifi access. Telephone, televisual and/or cable services not included.

All prices are in USD and payable monthly in advance. 
A deposit equal to one month's rent is payable on arrival and refundable at the end of your stay.
